In the recent Live Life Villages Photographic Competition exhibited at Maleny Grove Information Centre, both enthusiast and professional photographers were challenged to capture the essence of what it means to "Live Life to the Full".
Live Life Villages, providers of independent living communities for active retirees and developers of Maleny Grove, raised $4000 with Maleny Ambulance Service and the Alzheimer's Association sharing equally in the funds raised through this community event.

Maleny Grove's recently appointed Residency Consultant - Mick Reid (pictured above left) - presented Maleny Ambulance's Steve Tooley (above right) with a cheque at a morning tea that also hosted members of Senior Citizens, Probus and CWA at the Maleny Grove Information Centre.
Mick, who brings experience in the areas of retirement living, real estate and business consulting said, "I have been involved in community radio for many years and Live Life Villages share my interest in community involvement with events such as this and the Maleny Christmas Carnival."
"I am excited to be part of the Maleny Grove team with the first of the villas having commenced construction on the site in Palm Street. The village offers all the very best of Maleny lifestyle, with support options available if required."
"Live Life Villages Ambassador and Australian Living Legend, Dawn Fraser, promotes that retiring from work does not mean retiring from life and I invite visitors to the Maleny Grove Information Centre at 45 Maple Street to Discover the Live Life Difference."
